1. Introduction

Fileflix.net respects the intellectual property rights of others. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Notice outlines the procedures for submitting copyright infringement claims.

2. Copyright Infringement Claims

• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.   

3. DMCA Takedown

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. The counter-notification must include:

• A description of the material that has been removed or disabled and its original location on the Website.
• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.   

• A statement by you that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the infringement notification or that person's agent.   

   

5. Repeat Infringe Policy

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeated infringes.
