We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • New Accounts: Customers who have signed up for a paid plan within the last 10 days may request a full refund if they have not used any storage or bandwidth.
  • Subscription Cancelations: If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle, you will not be eligible for a refund for the current billing period. However, you will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.
  • Service Issues: If you experience significant service disruptions that prevent you from using our services for an extended period, you may be eligible for a partial refund or account credit. To check our services, use the free plan.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of your purchase or the start of the service disruption. You will need to provide your account information and the reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and process the refund within 3 of business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Exceptions

  • There are no refunds for promotional discounts or free trials.
  • Refunds may be denied if we determine that you have violated our Terms of Service.
